  • How do I place an order? (The entire order procedure)+

    Order procedure 1

    Step 1: Select your preferred game from the game list on the Top Navigation of the Mmosale home page, and then you will enter the game page.

    Step 2: Select your server on the game page, and you will be directed to the server page.

    Step 3: Select the amount you desired, and then click “Add to Cart” button and click view cart to go to the Shopping Cart. 

    Step 4: On the Shopping Cart page, click “Checkout” Button and you will be directed to checkout steps.

    Step 5: Account Information. Here you need log in or register. If you have already log in, you will directly go to step 6.

    Step 6: Delivery Information. Fill in your order information like delivery method, character name and any information needed for delivery. T

    Step 7: Fill in your Billing Information and click Submit button. Now your order is generated and you will be directed to the secure payment page.

    Step 8: Select your payment method and complete the payment for your order.

    Order procedure 2

    Of course, you can also use the Express Checkout Quick Shopping function from the Home Page to quickly select the game, the server, and the amount and click the “Buy Now” button. Then you will go to shopping cart and the following steps will be the same as Order procedure 1 above (from Step 4 to Step 8).

    Why is my shopping cart still empty after I add products?+

    This is probably caused by a temporary cookie failure of your browser. In this case, you need to clear cookies of your browser and reopen it to add products on our website.

    How do I know whether my order went through or not?+

    Generally, if your order is successfully placed, you will see payment success page, which shows your order number and other information. At the same time, you will receive a confirmation email including your order information from Mmosale. Please contact us if you don’t see your order although the payment successful made.

    How can I find out the status of my order?+

    You can log in to your account, and refer to your order details and status under "My Orders". In addition, when the status of your order changes, we will send an email to inform you. Please check your email.

    What's the meaning of each order status?+

    Pending: If your order status is pending, it usually because we are still waiting for your payment. Or your order may have some problems that are preventing delivery. For example: your character name does not exist, or we may need you to confirm your order. Please remember check the emails we send to you and log in to the website to check your order details.

    Processing: If your order status is processing, that means we are still arranging delivery for your order or the delivery is in progress. Please remain online in order to receive your order.

    Partial Delivery: In some cases, we may deliver an order in several stages. Please don’t worry. We will complete the delivery as soon as possible.

    Delivered: This means your order is completely delivered.

    Refund: We have refunded your order.

    Why does my order need to be confirmed by phone?+

    In order to guarantee the trading safety between our customers and us, we will call you to confirm your order if you are buying for the first time or placing a large order. Relax. We only phone to confirm your order information and will never ask you for your personal information.

    Can I change the server and character name?+

    Yes, you can contact us to change before delivery is made. If there is a difference in price between the two servers, we will discuss that with you.
