However after ordering a cd key I waited half an hour before getting a message saying no one was answering my phone (it never rang), though it might be because I did not put my country prefix, so i changed that, clicked "I AM ONLINE" and waited another hour for the call to come. The agent on the other side barely spoke English and could not even pronounce what I had ordered when calling to confirm.
Also I don't understand the point of confirming anything through a phone. I am confirming the information that I just typed in, so if I was using a stolen credit card or whatever I could still confirm all my details as I am the one who typed them..
