When the first Flash client sneak peek was published back in March, it generated massive interest within the community. Since then the entire project picked up speed and made some pretty nice progress. The Tibia official has spent a vast amount of time on performance tweaks and stunning new features that will hopefully sweep you off your feet.
Before they release the first big indepth teaser about the Flash client, they want to ask you once more about your feedback on a special topic. Last year, they already had great discussions with the community about the chat console and the item handling in Tibia. This time they would like to focus on the client sidebar, its graphical design, how information is displayed there, and its usability.

You can see an extract of the current sidebar on the right-hand side. The sidebar consists of several elements which we call "widgets". The status bars are a widget, just like the battle list and the VIP list. Each of them contains certain information which is relevant for your gameplay. Some widgets can even be used by left- or right-clicking on them.

The Turbine Account Maintenance site at myaccount.turbine.com will be brought down for maintenance on Wednesday, August 11 from 8:00AM to 11:00AM Eastern (-4 GMT). The EVE official coming mass test on the Singularity test server will occur on Thursday, August 5, 2010 at 20:00 UTC. They are looking for at least 300 pilots (500 is ideal) to help them test fleet/jump lag, module activation issues, and session changes. On Tuesday 27 July 2010 all Runes of Magic servers will be taken down for maintenance.
The maintenance should start at 09:00 CEST / 8am BST and end around 13:00 CEST / 12am BST.

All Aion players in North America and Europe can begin exploring the world far beyond the territories of Asmodae and Elysea starting September 7, 2010.
Dash of the Daevas
When the servers came back online after the server merge, all Daevas were given a set of goals to accomplish for a chance to win amazing in-game prizes. Many of these have already been completed, yet still more remain to be discovered!
Free Character Transfers
Our Character Transfer account service has opened and character moves will be free for a limited time. The Aion official will be transferring characters that sign up for this service every Wednesday during scheduled maintenance. Sign up today!
Fight on the Right Side
During the free character move period (from July 15, 2010 to August 25, 2010), players characters can score some extra loot by making sure they’re fighting on the right side. Now that the servers have been merged, please make sure that players have characters of only one race—either Elyos or Asmodian—on each of the servers. If players do, they are golden. If not, sign up quickly for free character moves to transfer some of your characters so that you have only one race on a server.
Community Starts with YOU
After the server merges they have come to a time of transition. During this time, the official encourage players to embrace this transition as a chance to strengthen the server’s community. It is easy to fall into the trap of excluding or rejecting players or Legions because they weren’t here previously on this server and “don’t know how we do things.” Just as they are resetting the Abyss forts, this is a chance to reset, regroup, reorganize, and strengthen your community.
