World of Warcraft: Latest News of Patch 4.2

Patch 4.2 of World of Warcraft is on the Public Test Realms! Patch 4.2 notes currently include a lot of important changes, such as a new raid, a legendary questline, the most diverse daily quest hub to date, major story developments, user interface enhancements, and so on. Here we just give some changes in Patch 4.2 of World of Warcraft.

All the changes

World of Warcraft patch 4.2 takes you through the fire and flames and into the Firelands; World of Warcraft patch 4.2 will offer hardy adventurers an opportunity to turn the tide in the Firelands, a huge outdoor raid of the highest difficulty, with 10-person and 25-person normal and Heroic modes; Patch 4.2 introduces an epic quest that will challenge those daring enough to complete the legendary staff Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest; In patch 4.2, stalwart adventurers will have the opportunity to test their mettle at two new daily quest areas located in the fertile hillsides of Mount Hyjal and the burning depths of the Firelands.

Latest news for death knights

As we know the discrepancy between frost and unholy death knight DPS is one big issue in Patch 4.2 of World of Warcraft. The World of Warcraft official company changed the tier 12 set bonuses in Patch 4.2. Let's have a look at the changes and how the death knight class is shaping up in patch 4.2.

As expected, the four-piece DPS bonus has been changed. Of course, it is a pretty clever change that immediately removes the questions of frost's critical strike supremacy. By doing this, at the least, somewhat equalizes the benefit the two specs gain from the bonus. You can also see a slight change to four-piece bonus. Using it on every cooldown, you have a possibility of some serious mana return. You should use it every time the cooldown is up already. So this is just an added bonus.

Changes to shaman healers

There are also some changes to shaman healers in the Patch 4.2 of World of Warcraft. Water Shield seems to be getting a little bit of a facelift as far as the spell itself goes and the talents that affect it. The cooldown is being lowered again down to 3.5 seconds in Patch 4.2, and it can no longer be dispelled. Water Shield which is improved now in Patch 4.2 will be called Resurgence. The another changes is to Mana Tide Totem. It will now only grant 200% of the caster's spirit in Patch 4.2. This reduces the effectiveness by about half. I think the reason is that with a new level of tier gear, there will be even higher spirit totals possible, which just further breaks the curve.
