What is the Crucible League in PoE?

In Path of Exile: The Crucible, you’ll learn about the ancient Titans that once shaped the pristine surface of Wraeclast. If you are powerful enough, you will gain the ability to forge their power into your weapons.

You’ll be able to experience the new Path of Exile: Crucible 3.21 (Crucible 3.21) on April 7th (PC and Mac) and April 12th on Xbox and PlayStation.

What is the Crucible League Mechanic?

Crucible forges are scattered throughout Wraeclast. When you find one, you can select a weapon of your choice and channel the power of the ancient Titans for a challenging encounter. The longer you channel, the more molten monsters can fuse together to form terrifying foes. You possess the power to regulate the difficulty and benefits of these battles.

Titans Quest

Crucible’s narrative and gameplay variations center on the Titans, an ancient and powerful race that shaped the primordial surface of the Wraeclast. The Titans left behind the Crucible Forge. They are essentially gateways to supernatural molten realms. Players choose a weapon and battle a steady stream of enemies from the Forge. The longer the encounter time, the higher the reward.

Defeating enemies at the Furnace Forge earns you a specific type of experience value. This experience can be used to infuse weapons with passive skills from a dedicated skill tree. There are multiple levels, and choosing a path along the tree will open up powerful combinations.

Aside from these enhancements, there is a new Crucible Challenge League with specific weapon rewards. Altogether, Crucible includes ten new weapons.
