comment: The whole process took over an hour to complete the 24/7 help desk was 20 minutes of that when the service lady called lisa failed to reply beyond the generic greeting, eventually however I receive help from another service representative called samy, hopefully this bad experience was a one off, and I did eventually receive what I had paid for. |
