comment: I made a purchase a week ago and never heard back about it. When I contacted LiveHelp, I was told \"sorry , out of stock.\" When I asked when I could expect the order to be filled, I was told that they didn\'t know but they would fill it ASAP. That is unacceptable. You can\'t advertise quick delivery and be totally unable. I have requested a refund and I had better get it. I\'m telling my friends about this site. Mmosale Response: I understand that you want to receive your order quickly. We apologize that we haven’t delivered your order yet. The suppliers we can contact now don’t have gold. comment: The whole process took over an hour to complete the 24/7 help desk was 20 minutes of that when the service lady called lisa failed to reply beyond the generic greeting, eventually however I receive help from another service representative called samy, hopefully this bad experience was a one off, and I did eventually receive what I had paid for. |
