Banned for sitting on top of a battlemaster?

Is it possible? Warning been given? It does happen and players sit on the BM all the time. If this is the case, blizzard: You should design the battlemasters a little better.

As far as removing something from the game so that others can't obtain something you're having difficulty in obtaining

In 2.4, the Battlemasters are standing on platforms with collision around them. We're also working on a better solution for Wrath of the Lich King. This is an excellent solution. Not all people sit on the Battlemasters to be grievers, although there are many, a lot of people just happen to land there, and don't realize it. They wait for their queue, never paying attention to the fact that they are blocking the BM from being used. Typically a polite whisper will get most people off the BM, thankfully in 2.4 now we won't even have to resort to that. In the future many Battlemasters be mounted could be helpful in increasing the size of the target to click.

You know how annoying it is when you go to repair or enter queue and some bozo is sitting on their mount right on top of the guy and you can't click.

Whats worse is when some idiot on a mount in Shat is completely covering them. The closer you stand to the battle master, the quicker you get into BG's. However, this only applies to Tauren who're currently mounted and it's a secret racial bonus that blizzard has never acknowledged

Getting your entertainment from ruining fun for other people is a sure way to drop your kharma rating down to the level of bad mojo.

Your excuse as being bad game design is just an excuse for you to justify your actions.

Maybe it's not anyone’s fault for getting in an accident on the road because the lanes don't have solid collision dividers between them. Blame the government!

Normal penalty for it is a warning. So perhaps there's more to the story--like a history of poor choices? FYI, discussion of disciplinary actions is against the forum rules. You might want to start reading those. That's a bit odd. The guy wanted some clarification about whether something was against the rules, and he's told that asking is against the rules. I personally hate it when people sit on the battlemasters, but just asking if it's allowed (with reference to a possible case of a banning).Anyways, getting in touch with Blizzard about banned accounts isn't exactly easy. For example, one of our guides got hacked, ninja'd our guild bank, and sold everything on the ah, then transferred servers. The guy who got hacked says that he was told to talk to a gm in game after getting his new password, and he did, so the gm banned him for having had contact with some account that was selling gold or something (his hacked account sent money to the gold seller I'm thinking). So, he tries to call Blizzard, and they refuse to discuss it, and tell him to talk to a gm, but he can't cause the gm already banned him. Now, if that same guy were to post on the forums, asking for help, and what to do, he would get forum banned for discussing disciplinary actions.

In regards to the people griping about bans, stop being rude and move. It is that simple. The BM area a Fatigue zone so that you have a finite amount of time before you start taking damage and die. That would also cut down on AFKs from BG.
